Halloween MINI Sessions! Woohoo!!

So it's that time again!! I bet you guys were just waiting on it! LOL :) Halloween mini sessions are here!! RAIN OR SHINE! This will take place outdoors (as was last years) but the set up of straw, flowers, apples, pumpkins, gourds and more will be set up underneath a large canopy tent so if it rains we will be covered! AND if it's 80 something degrees (like last year) we will have shade!! It will be at the same place as last year. . .directions will be given if needed. It is in Elkview. Ok sooo here's the details:: Each mini session will last 30 mins, covers upto 3 children, covers, time taking pictures, editing, 10-20 proofs in a password protected album, TWO 8x10's, ONE set of wallets AND a CD with copyright release! ALL THIS FOR ONLY $50!!! Kids can wear costumes and a cute fall outfit (just remember you only have 30 mins).The DATE: Saturday, October 3, 2009 - ONLY 10 appointments available! it's first come first serve!! I will be posting here and on myspace about these sessions. WARNING - they go fast so please email (hsphotography1@aol.com) me asap so schedule your time! Here are the available appts:

In order to hold your appt. you must email me your time you'd like (if it's already taken I will let you know a time that's available) and I must receive payment for the session itself within 10 days. If I do not receive your payment within 10 days your session will be available for the next person on the waiting list. Yes, that's right, this year there will be a waiting list so if all the mini sessions appear to be taken, give me your name, email and phone number and I will contact you if any become available. Please remember - due to the schedule of appts, refunds are NOT given so please make sure you are there at your scheduled appt. time or if something happens find a friend or family member to take your place. There will be no refunds.
